On October 24, the opening session of the “China Resources Land × FRAME NEXT 30” forum series officially kicked off at Chengdu MixC Central Plaza. Kai Fu, founding Partner of FLO, was invited to join the roundtable discussion, focusing on strategies for integrating local culture and commercial operation. The dialogue explored Chengdu’s public space model of coexistence between the old and the new, and examined how cultural nourishment and community engagement can infuse commercial spaces with a sustainable sense of humanity and warmth.
