在南京建邺CBD的核心，一个超越传统办公园区的未来城市样本正在浮现。本项目不仅是阿里巴巴长三角战略的关键落子，更是一场关于“产城共生”的前沿实践。项目由阿里巴巴与华润强强联手，跨接三大地块总长约1公里的空中廊桥彻底打破企业总部、商业空间与城市公共空间的固有界限。景观设计由FLO整体打造，我们重新思考工作、生活与城市的关系，以“多维互联”为策略，提出“云水之间”的总体概念，重塑河西商务区的公共活力生态。

At the heart of Nanjing Jianye CBD, a visionary urban prototype is emerging that transcends the conventions of office campuses. This project is not only a key milestone in Alibaba’s Yangtze River Delta strategy but also a pioneering exploration of industrial–urban symbiosis. Jointly developed by Alibaba and CR Land, the scheme features a nearly 1000M elevated corridor linking three major parcels, dissolving the conventional boundaries between corporate headquarters, commercial programs, and urban public spaces.The landscape design, led by FLO, rethinks the relationship between work, life, and the city. Guided by the strategy of multi-dimensional connectivity, the concept Between Cloud and Water envisions a new ecological framework of public vitality for the Hexi business district.
