    景观不仅仅是休息娱乐场所,还能带来经济效应。在新时代的背景下我们认为商业场景下的强参与性公共空间应该聚焦于以人为本的精准人群定位,透过精准功能,精准运营及精准场景的极致化手段打造出属于当代生活方式的交流场所及城市热点。在本案中我们提炼CITY-POP的城市享乐主义作为核心场景,将场景极致化并形成特定场所文化吸引人流。

    Landscape is not only a place for rest and entertainment, but it can also bring positive economic returns in commercial context. In our new era, we believe that a highly participatory public space in the commercial scene should focus on interests of accurate target users, and have a targeted place-making strategy to create a true urban hot spot. In this project, we extracted the spirit of urban hedonism of CITY-POP as the character expression, and maximized place-making efforts to attract our shoppers to visit the commercial rooftop.
